Brackenfold roast in a unit off the A62 and ship on Tuesdays. Their old subscription was a spreadsheet and a standing Stripe charge, and every change of grind arrived as an email at eleven at night.

The rebuild put the whole thing in the customer's hands: pick a roast, pick a grind, pick a fortnight or a month, and change any of it from a portal that looks like the rest of the shop rather than a bolted-on app. Behind it, a delivery calendar the roastery actually reads on a Monday morning.

Two thousand nine hundred people are on it now. The eleven o'clock emails stopped.
