Halyard supply rope, hardware and waxed canvas to chandlers and outdoor shops around the coast. Their sales happened over the phone and ended in a PDF, and the PDF ended in somebody retyping it.

Now a buyer builds a basket, asks for a price, and gets a quote back inside the store. Accepting it turns it into an order without anybody retyping anything. Freight is calculated by pallet, because rope is heavy and postcode tables lie.

Average trade order went up sixty-four percent, mostly because buyers can see what else is in stock while they wait.
