Kiln & Clay throw everything in a railway arch in Salford, and for four years they sold it through a WooCommerce site nobody had touched since the person who built it left. Stock counts drifted. The checkout dropped a third of the baskets on mobile. They came to me in September with a winter sale booked for the first week of November.

We moved them onto Shopify in nine days: a fork of Dawn cut back to what they actually sell, a proper variant model for glaze and size, every product photographed against the same grey so the grid finally read as one shop, and 340 old URLs mapped one by one so the searches that fed them kept landing.

The sale ran without me touching anything. They have added two more kilns since.
