Nell & Rye bake sourdough on Thursdays and Fridays and sell pantry things the rest of the week. The whole shop had to understand that: you cannot buy a loaf for Tuesday, and the site should not let you try.

So the build starts with the calendar rather than the catalogue. Bake days come from the kitchen, slots come from the van, and the checkout only offers what the ovens can actually produce. Everything else - the pantry lines, the gift boxes, the collection option - hangs off that.

Brief to live in twenty-seven days, because Christmas is not a movable object.
