Oat & Ember pour four seasons a year and had built a following who wanted all four. The club existed; it just leaked, because the only thing a subscriber could do when a scent did not suit them was cancel.

The rebuild gives them a swap window: a fortnight before each pour, members choose from that season's three, skip, or gift the box to somebody else. Every one of those is a button, not an email.

Repeat rate went up thirty-eight percent in two quarters, and the support inbox got quiet.
